This place is the best place I've ran into in awhile. The food is fantastic, the detail put in behind the walls in the kitchen portrays the skill and dedication of a culinary prodigy, twisting classic dishes with the intention a great experience. My server was friendly, and recommended one of the specials; a Captain Jack Burger. It's not everyday that you meet a server that can read your mind, so if you're looking for that kind of a day; come to Pine Street. These staff are great people, you can see it in the way they care and joke with their customers. I'm confident to state that if the experience here disappoints you that's your problem. This is the best diner restaurant I've been to, and I don't say that lightly. Much deserved 5 stars.

Best staff around. Great local spot atmosphere. Jaime, has kept the community spirit intact. There have been some nice changes to the menu for M R S. Yet my favorite Country Breakfast still over satisfies, every week. I'm only going 4 stars on the atmosphere as there are from time to time a squeaky bench, and in winter there is no wind barrier to suppress air when the door is opened. M R S and I love our weekly time at Pine Street Cafe

What a delightful local spot for great food and sweet service. The avocado toast was right in line with the bougie places, but this place isn't in that category. The pancake was delectable! The chorizo omelet was. We left full and happy!

The new menu 10/25 is out of this world the words made me salivate... As I sit waiting for my plate the food coming out of the kitchen looks amazing and scumptious!! And all I hear around me is how good it is from the surrounding tables... So excited... Update, holy smokes my Brisket sausage totchos were amazing even though I made mine DF ... I need to go again to try more of this amazing menu.

My family and I went on a Sunday afternoon. It was busy, we sat at the bar. Our server was very tentative and made us feel at home with our visit. The food came out fast and you could tell all the food has high quality. Will be back soon.

139 Five Stars Looked up how many times we have been to Pine Street the last two years... I guess we qualify as “regulars”. We come here for the high quality, reasonably priced food. But also, for the great service. Every member of the serving staff is kind, friendly and extremely hard working. I “people watch”, pick our table to be able to be able to view into the kitchen while also watching the wait staff and customers. The owner, and us as customers, are so fortunate to have every one of them. But you need not be a regular, or of a certain age. I see everyone treated with care here. And we routinely bring our young grandchildren... they enjoy Pine Street immensely! And last but not least — the menu! Nice variety, changes every few months and with weekly specials.

Everything was great except the coffee could be a little stronger; personal preference I guess. After the transition of the new owner, I thought the food quality and portion size had gone down just a little; however, the last three times we've been there, it's been great and every time we notice changes for the positive, new paint, great patio area with heaters. I've had several of the breakfast items on the menu but not the lunch items, so I can't comment on that, but breakfast is great. Great location near the bike trail and parks. When I go to tourist towns, I always seek out the places the locals go to because they're always better; this is it.
